Raised Access Flooring Accessories
Resflor offers customers a wide range of raised access flooring accessories to ensure the proper functioning of the raised access flooring technology. All Resflor accessories are compatible with our raised access flooring systems as well as other raised access flooring brands in the market.
Transparent Glass Panel
The glass panel is made of specially crafted glass embedded in steel or aluminum frames with a size of 60o*60o mm. It is compatible with the whole range of Resflor raised floor system by using a uniquely designed strong stel or aluminum frame. Mostly used in computer room, equipment room, data center and so on.
Air Booster
It is composed of ventilation grille, air supply fan and temperature control system. It is a special equipment for cooling dispatch in data center.
The small-scale axial-flow fan startup technology is adopted, energy-saving and stable, and an automatic temperature control system is built in. According to the temperature sensor, the exhaust temperature of the server is sensed, and the air supply volume is automatically controlled to ensure the cooling requirement of the server.
The ventilation rate of the ventilated grille floor reaches 75%, the single floor load reaches 600 kg, the ultra-thin design, the overall thickness is 100 mm, suitable for the lowest 200mm overhead floor room.

Panel Lifter
A panel lifter is a tool designed to lift and move various types of panels, such as wood panels, glass sheets, and plastic panels, making it easier and more ergonomic for operators to handle heavy and bulky materials.
It comes in different types and designs, including vacuum panel lifters with customizable suction cups and ergonomic handles for precise control, as well as mechanical panel lifters with structures like toggle linkages or eccentrically mounted spindles.
Panel lifters improve work efficiency, reduce the risk of injury, and ensure the safe and damage-free handling of panels during installation or removal processes.

Resflor floor boxes are designed to work in concrete and raised access flooring applications. We provide various options of data, voice and audio – video outlet provisions, allowing complete distribution of telecommunication and data communication requirements along with power outlets from one point. Which is helpful for your cable and wire management needs through the openings in the cover. A single box can be specified for multiple floor types without having to order additional components or accessories.

BRUSH GROMMETS
Brush grommets are mainly used for wire management and sealing. They create a seal around the space where cables pass through, preventing unwanted airflow leakage and helping to maintain temperature and keep the workspace tidy and safe.

GROMMETS

SMART AIR DIFFUSER
Smart air diffusers are used in elevated floor air supply systems. The product uses a sandwich floor air supply method and is mainly suitable for occasions where it is necessary to strengthen the existing air convection in the personnel stay area. Air convection or air rise may be caused by indoor personnel, machines or electrical equipment. Indoors where computers and other electronic equipment are used, more and more air is supplied from the floor upwards. This airflow form can quickly eliminate local heat loads in a targeted manner.

Wooden wedge is made of wood and has a tapered shape that allows it to be easily inserted into the gap between concrete slab and raised access floor pedestal base plate to level pedestal with wedges.
ALUMINUM FOIL TAPE
Resflor panel edge sealing aluminum foil is a specialized material used to cover and protect the edges of flooring. It is made of aluminum foil with an adhesive backing, providing a durable and moisture-resistant seal.
This type of aluminum foil is designed to enhance the appearance of the floor by creating a smooth and finished edge. It also helps to prevent damage from moisture, dirt, and wear, prolonging the lifespan of the flooring.
SELF-ADHESIVE ALUMINUM PAD
Resflor self-adhesive aluminum pad is a specialized material used under the rubberized sound deadening gasket cap for pedestal top plate to level and adjust raised access floor panel tolerances. It is made of aluminum with an adhesive backing.
FOAM STRIP
Resflor foam tape is a special type of foam tape with EVA foam as the base material, it’s used to affix the raised access floor panel’s edges. With the advantages of water resistance, anti-vibration, thermal insulation, sound insulation, high viscosity, and easy peeling.
